We operate as a Virtual Asset Service Provider Company (SPSAV) in the capacity of a brokerage, under the regulation and supervision of the Central Bank of Brazil. We inform that the company is currently undergoing the formal authorization process with the Central Bank of Brazil and remains fully authorized to continue its operations while the application is under review, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
